Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gouru.com (the “Site”), operated by Gouru & Co. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website that describes our company and our work. It does not provide an account, product, or online service, and nothing on the Site is an offer, contract, or binding commitment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

No offer of securities; no investment advice

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and nothing on the Site is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any securities offering would be made only to qualified investors, through definitive offering documents containing complete information about the investment and its risks. Gouru Capital Partners is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Real estate investments involve risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested, and are illiquid. You should consult your own advisors before making any investment decision.

Property submissions and preliminary indications

Information you submit about a property is used to evaluate a possible transaction. Any indication of value, price, or interest we provide in response is preliminary and non-binding, and remains subject to diligence, inspection, and a definitive written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing communicated through the Site, by email, or by telephone creates a binding offer or any obligation to buy or sell.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, design, graphics, and the Gouru name and logo — are owned by Gouru & Co. LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive permission to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit the Site or its contents for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep the information current and accurate, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gouru & Co. LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may, from time to time, contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

Changes

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
